SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, by UPS.

Shipping will be charged at cost from our dispatch center in Massachusetts.

The available shipping methods are:

• UPS Ground
• 3 Day Select
• 2nd Day Air
• Next Day Delivery
• Next Day Early AM
• Next Day Saturday Delivery

 

After your order has been dispatched you will be issued with a UPS Tracking ID which will be used to track your item to it's final destination. You can view the tracking information in the 'Your Orders' page.

SALES TAX

Unless a Sales Tax Exception form has been completed, sales tax will be charged at the standard rates for sales to Massachusetts. If you have an Exemption Certificate, please fax a copy of your certificate to (407)-650-1764. Your account will then be updated, so you will not be charged Sales Tax on your orders.

All orders have to be paid for in advance before shipping.
