Returns Policy

EV Rider assumes the responsibility.
 
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 15% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:

• Call us at 888-909-1927 within 5 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
• Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
• You must pay the return shipping costs and/or fee for the item.

Once EV Rider receives the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 15% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
